Customization is essential but the trick is to find a link with the concept and the identity of the organization
B-Immune
Was the vaccination campaign during the later stages of the pandemic. The concept is a play on words combined with the Basamh identity. Visually, the “B” represents the organization, and metaphorically it is a call for action to support the community immunity of the company.
B-Great
was the theme for the Basamh rewards and recognition program created by the HR team. The concept is clear; encouraging employees to go the extra mile and rise to greatness. 
Basamh Code of Conduct
Such a document is usually rigid in content and construct. Therefore, the challenge was to make it relatable to employees in a creative and attractive manner. In brief; an employees conduct reflects both on themselves and the organization… it is the lasting affect they leave in all their interactions – hence the concept of leaving a mark in the form of a fingerprint. 
B The Plus
The upskilling and training program for Basamh employees. To put it simply, uplift your skills to become the added “plus” value in all you undertake. 
2022 Evaluation Journey
What is the single most important item one should take when traveling abroad? Your passport! Therein lies the concept for the year long campaign… each stage of the evaluation journey was represented in the form of a stamp in the evaluation passport. 
Basamh Mid-Year Review
The journey is not a race, it is a marathon! The visual concept behind this campaign incorporated elements of a race track whereby each milestone throughout the year was represented as part of the marathon. 
Office Etiquette 
In order to make this document relatable to employees, the concept was to break down the document into time slots. For example; Official Dress code was covered under the “getting ready for work” section, while topics such as cafeteria etiquette and bathroom etiquette were covered under “break time”. 
Barns Summer Campaign​​​​​​​
a straight forward creative campaign that promoted Barns new cold drinks while visually incorporating the summer spirit and light-hearted atmosphere.
